A. Sponsor
The RUFF TUFF® 50th Anniversary UTV Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Ruff Tuff Products, LLC (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this Promotion.

B. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry and at the time of prize award: (a) are legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories); (b) are 21 years of age or older; and (c) have a valid driver’s license which permits operation of Prize vehicle in the Entrant’s state of residence.

The Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, resellers, fleet accounts, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are NOT eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Void where prohibited by law.

C. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

D. Verification of Potential Winners
To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a personal background check on any potential winner to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Only those participants being considered for a prize will be subject to such a background check. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant understands and agrees that should they be selected as a potential winner, this check will be conducted using the personal information they have provided. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any potential winner based on the results of the background check if the Sponsor determines that awarding the prize to such individual could result in public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or otherwise reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor, its brand, or the Giveaway. In the event of such disqualification, the prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

E. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on February 13, 2026 and ends at11:59:59 PM MT on May 27, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

Entry Limitations: Limit one (1) free daily entry per person per day and one (1) action bonus entry per listed action per person for the entire Promotion Period. Bonus entries via Qualifying Purchase are unlimited. Automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited.

G. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) 2024 Can-Am Defender with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $26,500 USD, and one (1) full set of Ruff Tuff® custom seat covers with a retail value of $599.90.

Prize Winner or their authorized agent will be required to travel to West Valley City, Utah, as designated by Sponsor at time of giveaway, to take ownership of the Grand Prize by September 30th, 2026. Winner or their authorized agent must present valid ID at time of pickup.

Any costs associated with registration and licensing of the UTV are the sole responsibility of the Winner. TRAILER NOT INCLUDED – Winner is responsible for making transportation arrangements. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance or usage not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Prize vehicle will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. The Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize offered in the Promotion, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, and/or counties/municipalities. The Winner is responsible to check their state/county for applicable emissions requirements and safety inspection requirements prior to accepting the Prize and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations.

Sponsor may require Winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to award of any Prize. If any Winner fails to sign and return the requested documents to Sponsor, that Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate Winner from the remaining valid entries.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemptions or substitutions.

H. Prize Odds
The estimated odds of winning the Grand Prize will be dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

I. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur on or after June 1, 2026.

J. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified using contact information provided at entry. Winner must acknowledge acceptance of the Prize within ten (10) business days after being notified that he or she is a Winner. Failure to respond, comply, or qualify may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

K. Forfeiture and Selection of Alternate Winners
In the event that a potential winner is unwilling or unable to accept the Prize as awarded, or if a potential winner’s eligibility status changes, rendering them ineligible under the criteria set forth in these Official Rules, at any time prior to the potential winner taking possession of the Prize, said potential winner shall be disqualified and shall forfeit all rights to the Prize. In such an instance, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor shall have no further liability or obligation to any disqualified individual.

L. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

M. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion for any reason. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

N. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of the Prizes (defined below). Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor because of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

O. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law, rules, or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s, province’s, or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Promotion, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Utah; (iii) any and all claims, judgments , and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief

P. Winner List
To obtain the winner’s name (available after June 15, 2026), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 50th Anniversary Winner Request, Ruff Tuff Products, 2252 S. Presidents Dr. Suite E, West Valley City, UT 84120. Requests must be received by August 31, 2026.

Q. Additional Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to amend the Official Rules or discontinue the Promotion at any time. Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion.
 

This Promotion is not in any manner sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the vehicle manufacturer.
 

SCAM ALERT – Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner in our Promotion, the Sponsor will contact you via the phone number and/or the email address you provided to the Sponsor on your order/entry form. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Those are sure signs of Promotion scams. We will NOT use social media to contact the winner of the Promotion. Prize winnings must be reported to the IRS when filing tax returns, and any federal or state income taxes must be paid by Winner directly to the IRS and appropriate state authorities.
