At Ruff Tuff Products, LLC, we have produced America’s Finest Custom Seat Covers™ since 1976. We are family-owned and -operated, and every custom fit seat cover we produce is designed, cut, and sewn in the USA.

We believe in doing things right, from creating and using the most precise patterns in the automotive seat cover industry and using the most durable and aesthetically pleasing fabrics, to insuring superior workmanship and world-class customer service.

Every pattern is meticulously measured.
All new patterns are test-fit prior to shipping.
Vehicle-specific attachment systems provide a long-lasting fit.

The process for ordering custom fit seat covers includes choosing the year, make, and model of your vehicle; selecting your seat style from among the variations available for that vehicle; choosing among available fabrics and colors (or camo patterns), and selecting the options you want such as headrest and armrest covers and several kinds of pockets. You’re welcome to do this online, but if you’re more comfortable calling our experts to help you order, please do. We’re happy to work with you to choose just the right seat covers for your car, truck, SUV, or UTV. We’ll send fabric samples on request.

How we make our custom seat covers

Pattern & Cutting

Once you've placed your order our experienced material handlers pull the CAD generated pattern for your specific year, make, and model. Then using the materials of your choice, they cut them using our precision cutting machine.

Gluing & Quilting

The seating portion of the custom seat cover is sent to the gluing station where we bond the material to a high quality, flame retardant foam. The foam pieces are now ready to be marked with the quilting pattern and then sent to cutting.

Quality Control

When the custom seat cover arrives at Quality Control, a highly trained Q.C. technician reviews the order and examines your seat cover to ensure that the product exceeds industry standard. The seat cover is then packaged and shipped.
