“At the end of the day, the brand isn’t a product; it’s the people.”
Davina Spencer
These words from Davina Spencer, Ruff Tuff’s owner, summarize the vision that has inspired America’s Finest Custom Seat Covers™ since 1976. Treating friends like family is how we do business. We think it’s the best way to do business.
Today’s world surrounds us with ads for products and services, as nearly everything that we interact with tries to sell us something. Instead of adding to that fog with a discussion of our own products, we wanted to take a moment and talk about who we are as a company, and what we value.
We asked some of our partners — some of our friends — what Ruff Tuff means to them. The resulting video features Bill Goldberg, Mark Peterson, Aubrey Grossen, and Corey Jacobsen, as well as owner Davina Spencer and CEO Mark Maines. They had a lot to say about how their lives and values aligned with Ruff Tuff’s mission.
“It’s people that I love and that I trust, and I know that they and their products are going to be there for me.”
Corey Jacobsen
We’ve worked hard to maintain a reputation of integrity as well as quality. In this time when personal image can be so important for an individual’s livelihood, it made us proud that our business partners chose Ruff Tuff as a company that their name would be associated with. Professional wrestler and actor, Bill Goldberg, connected his name with Ruff Tuff when he chose us as an exclusive manufacturer of seat covers with his branded camo patterns. He expressed his continued satisfaction with that decision.
“I work hard. I play hard. I want to be comfortable. I want to have the best equipment. And I want to be well represented. With Ruff Tuff, I get all three.”
Bill Goldberg
Some of the people who work at Ruff Tuff have been here over 40 years. Some of our customers go back nearly as far. For all these, Ruff Tuff is a family, a way of life. Thanks for helping to make us what we are today.
